We guarantee that our inspections and testing of your automatic fire sprinkler system and appurtenances shall be conducted in accordance with the requirements of the latest edition of the
National Fire Protection Association's Pamphlet #25.
All defects and/or deficiencies discovered during the inspection and testing process shall be noted and copies of the inspection and testing forms with the noted defects and/or deficiencies shall be provided to the Buyer or the Buyer's Representative, bearing the signature of the Buyer or the Buyer's Representative. Inspections and testing shall be conducted at the intervals prescribed by NFPA or as specified by the Buyer or the Buyer's Representative in the written Inspection and Testing Contract.
Correction of noted defects and/or deficiencies shall be the Buyer's responsibility. Advanced Fire Protection, LLC. shall make no repairs or corrections without the Buyer's or the Buyer's Representative's approval unless necessary repairs or corrections found during the inspection and testing process are pre-authorized by the Buyer or the Buyer's Representative.
